Tech told me he added a "little freon" yet when bill arrived, I was charged for 3 lbs!!! The answer I received when I called them was that tech can't tell how much freon is added til he gets back to office!!!??? 3 lbs freon to me is a LOT, not a little. This was 2nd time they did this and I haven't called them since.
